Description

The main function of a data architect is to ensure that the data assets of an organization are supported by an architecture that supports the organization in achieving its strategic goal. A typical data architect is responsible for setting enterprise standards for databases, data integration, and the means to get to the data.

The ideal candidate must have in-depth experience with Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition, Data Warehouse Architecture and Design, Informatica and Oracle SQL, PL/SQL application development. This position will collaborate proactively with functional users and analysts to translate business and integration requirements into configurable component designs and solutions.


Education/Experience

o Associates degree in computer programming or relevant field required. Bachelor degree preferred
o 5-7 years experience required

o Oversee and manage consultant team deploys on project
o Validate data warehouse designs and test programs or databases, correct errors and make necessary modifications
o Modify existing databases and database management systems

.Net Application Developer

Developer - Highlands Ranch, CO - 6 Months

Description
Taking direction from senior Application Development staff, design and develop browser-based front-end applications for the Prepaid suite of products using Visual Studio.NET 2010 (ASP.NET - C#). Perform unit testing and integration testing of said applications. Interface directly with staff members of Development, Product Management, Project Management, and Quality Assurance.

Candidate should have experience in the following areas:
• C# / ASP.NET 3.5, 4.0 Web development (5+ yrs) including

Description

The main role of the contractor will be to create and document the Enterprise Data Model being developed by the Enterprise Data Architecture group. This model will reflect the key entities, relationships and attributes The task will also include creation of data models for use in Master Data management tools.



Education/Experience

• Bachelor degree in computer science, software engineering or relevant field required. MS or other related advanced degree highly preferred
• 5+ years data modeling experience required
• Experience working with large global multinationals.

Agile Coach: Program Management Office - Global Development


Position Summary:

Client is implementing the Agile SRUM methodology within the Global Product and Technology organizations. The Global Development Team is seeking an Agile Coach to assist with the integration of Agile practices to specifically shape our expansion from a small number of teams to a larger adoption of Agile.


This position will report into the Global Integrated Technology Products, Program Management Office (PMO). The PMO is responsible for the delivery of projects using both traditional project management and Agile methods.


Agile Coach Responsibilities:

• Reinforce Agile best practices
• Work across multiple teams to ensure consistency of approaches
• Help multiple Agile SRUM teams identify and remove impediments
• Foster, and help facilitate, the self-management of teams
• Partner with multiple SRUM teams to advance Agile skills and improve results for the organization
• Provide hands-on Agile coaching to teams as well as product owners, SCRUM Masters, and managers
• Help teams organize into Agile programs
• Continue to learn and implement industry best practices

Project Management / PMO Responsibilities:

• Advise teams on project activities, manage risk mitigation and change control processes, and communicate to senior executives within the development and business partner organizations.

Skills & Experience Desired:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related technical discipline required; advanced degree is a plus.
• 3-5 years of large scale Agile coaching experience; certified Agile Coach or practitioner highly preferred.
• 10+ years overall project management experience with working knowledge of various methodologies/processes/training etc..
• Technical project and/or program management experience managing technically complex, cross-organizational, multi-stakeholder projects.
• Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.
• Strong leadership qualities and organizational skills as well as the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, assignments, and roles.
• Highly efficient in project and program level financial management including business case development/review, budget/expense forecasting and tracking. Solid understanding and experienced in project financial controls.
• Financial services and card payments industry experience is a plus.
